I already have an account but I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
For our Cash Payment Service:
- Click “Forgot Password” link on the login page
- Enter the email address you used to register and click “Verify E-Mail Address”
- Check your email and use the new password to login to your account
For our Bank Account or Card Service:
- Click “Forgot Password” link on the login page
- Enter your email address in the box and click continue
- Answer the security question you selected when you registered your account
- Choose whether you want the identification code sent via mobile or email
- Enter the identification code in the box
- Create a new password
